We are committed to delivering your Food Growing System in a timely and reliable manner so you can begin growing fresh food as soon as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated as a flat rate based on the selected delivery option at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $29.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): $39.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high order volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Local Installation Service (Los Angeles County Only)

Customers located in Los Angeles County may choose professional installation of their Food Growing System.

  • Monday through Thursday: $79
  • Friday through Sunday: $99

Installation services are scheduled after purchase and are subject to availability. A representative will contact you to coordinate a convenient time.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues, weather conditions, or increased demand.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. AeroUrban™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
